I've had a pair of Hey Dude's for nearly 2 yrs now. I bought them for work as I'm on my feet for 9-10 hours a day Monday thru Friday and 5-6 hours on Saturdays. I needed something comfortable, light weight and durable that I could just slip on and off. My niece suggested these but I was a tad skeptical. They looked nice, had good reviews but I just wasn't sure they would stand up to the long hours I spent on my feet. She convinced me to try a pair by bribing me with a batch of homemade snickerdoodle, lol. I fell in love with the shoes after the first week! I wear a size 9-9.5 depending on the brand. I decided to go against the majority and not round up to a 10 but try the size 9. Length wise they fit perfect. The width did give a challenge. I'm a medium to slightly over medium in width and my feet wiggled and moved around in the shoe along with the heel slipping. I bought an arch support insole and put in the shoes after wearing them for 2 days and that took care of the wiggling and near to nothing arch support in the shoes. The soles of the shoes are showing some wear but nothing like you'd expect. The tops still look great. The sides are holding up great with no signs of stress, fraying or holes. There is no sign of the sole trying to separate from the top of the shoes. However, the greatest part is I spent a fraction of the money on my Hey Dudes ( less than $55) then I would normally spend on work shoes (average spent per pair, over $100) and my Hey Dudes are holding up and showing significantly less wear and tear. I normally have to replace my work shoes every 2 years but not this time as my Hey Dudes are still going strong.I would suggest ordering a half size larger than you normally get for length. The width was a little wider than normal. The shoe was very light weight and comfortable. I always get a Dr. Scholl's inserts for all my shoes because I need that extra support. With that added it feel like I'm walking on clouds. I like the materials used in making the shoe and pop them in a pillow case to wash for extra protection while washing in a washing machine. Do the try before you buy option to see if you need to change sizes etc,.. Enjoy!Needed something that my husband could wear after low back surgery. His feet are swollen and he isn't allowed to bend over to put on shoes. These shoes plus a really long shoehorn fit the bill for when I'm not around, as he doesn't have to tie them. They expand as needed. The medical staff said that either these or crocs are what they see in post op people a lot. They are really lightweight. I guess they are comfy, because he would not have kept them if they weren't (super fussy re shoes). They really do bend and are lightweight so if you needed to pack them for a trip that would be handy. They look nice enough that when his feet are back to normal, I think he'll like wearing them. Only thing I do not love is the prominent HEY DUDE logo. But that's my personal preference.Got a pair for hubby on vacation and he loved them. My son saw them and really liked them. People stopped my husband to ask what kind they were. They are so so so light weight. Son has a wide foot but a narrower heel. He loved them because you can pull the lace and it tightens the heel. If you wear a half size go up to the nearest full size. It works perfect.I got these for my husband for his birthday. The box was very lightweight when I received it. I did take the shoes out of the box and they were lightweight and the quality looked well made. He has worn these everyday and finds them very comfortable due to the weight of them. The color and style are very nice as well.I like the color of the shoes - they are extremely light weight and very comfortable to walk in. I wear them with my jeans and shorts. I wear them to my son's soccer games and to work. They are my new favorite go to shoes when I need something casual. Thumbs up from me.I recently purchased these shoes through prime try before you buy for my son. They were on sale at the moment. My son loves them and he says they are very comfortable. He wears a 10.5 or an 11. I purchased an 11. He has a little extra room,but,not too much,so pretty true to sz. He will be getting another pair. They are very nice looking shoes.My grown daughter mentioned the Hey Dude footwear to me recently, informing me that her brother also likes them. With that recommendation, I ordered some. Bottom line, they’re great! Extremely light, easy to put on, and very comfortable. The precise fit can be adjusted with the elastic laces. I may try different colors eventually.I bought some more knitted Wallys, based on a pair from Dude last year. Considering I have wide feet with high insteps these slide on easily and stay the without any rubbing or pinching. No hot feet makes for wearing all night. Just in time for my holiday, these will do the job and worth the price.These are wonderful, they feel like wearing slippers that you've had for ages.Definitely the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I bought 11(UK) wide, as that's my usual size, but after a few weeks these do now feel a little large, so probably could have opted for a size smaller.And I'll def get another pair we needed.Love them,Love them,Love them ,Love them get the messageDudes are quite possibly the most comfortable casual shoes ever and surprisingly hard wearing. Not cheap but good value. So light you forget you're wearing them.
