I received this watch at a discount as part of a test and review agreement. That said, this review is my open, honest, and unbiased feedback on the product.For starters, the packaging of this watch is minimalist and is not something you would also use as a case like you may find with other brands. If you don't have a watch box, reusing this package may not be ideal but it feasible as it is quite sturdy. However, it's clear that what you pay for here is the watch and that's where you will find value.I'll admit, I was apprehensive about what the quality would be at this price point but I can happily say I was wowed! I think the the attention to detail in the design of this watch was well done. It feels sturdy and held up well to the daily bumps a watch may receive. Better yet, I SLAMMED this watch against my desk the 2nd day I had it and the black finish held up just fine - it actually dented my desk will zero damage to the watch. The glass for the watch is... well, flat glass. It's not domed and doesn't have any magnification to it like you might find on some other entry-mid tier watches. It seems like it could scratch easy but has held up fine. I wouldn't expect sapphire level resistance but I also wouldn't worry about it. Again, held up to the daily bumps just fine. Furthermore, the build quality is hands down exceptional, including the now supercommon in the industry, interchangeable leather strap. The movement in this watch is also quite nice. It's quiet and holds time pretty standard for this price level. I lost less than 1 minute of the course of a week and roughly +- 10 seconds a day on average.I have one gripe about this watch and it's the chronograph timer. When resetting, the second dial does not return to the zero position which makes getting an accurate reading impossible. Although most people won't use this function anyway and the chronograph serves as style above all else. The chronograph still looks great, but it's a little odd when looking closely to see that the one hand is at roughly the 4 second mark instead of 0.Long story short, if you're looking for an awesome quality:price ratio this is a wonderful watch! Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice watch at a GOOD price.Overall this product is good!Accuracy wise, this watch is spot on. I tested it against a bench mark clock on my computer, and then compared to other watches I own. There was no variability in its overall function.The stop watches were tested against my computers internal clock. They matched up perfectly.I have not experienced any issue with the stopwatch timer buttons as well as the stopwatch dials.In terms of weight, this watch is heavier than most that I own. I currently own a few Swatches, one is metal, one leather, and one silicone. I own a movado watch as well and this one is heavier than that too. This watch, weight wise, is closely related to my smart TicWatch. Dimension wise, this watch is thicker than all the watches I own. If you like sleek Movado styled watches, this will not fit your liking. The watch does have a bulk factor to it. However, the sleekness from the colors give it a less bulky appearance, despite the dimensions. This watch, size wise, reminds me of my TicWatch.In terms of the strap, the leather strap from this watch is very comfortable. I was bending it around a few times and did not see any deformation or wear. Seems like the quality is there!When it comes to the glass, it seems to be pretty good at resisting scratches. Keys and drill bits were not able to leave marks on the glass.I give 4 out of 5 stars due to the dimensions. Which is solely subjective! If you like thicker watches, then you will not have a problem with this watch!Yego a tiempo todo excelenteThe watch looks good, but because the hands are the same color as the background it's difficult to read time.Over all, I really like this watch.Pro:* It has a date indicator.* The band shows almost no wear despite how much I fidget.* The crystal is very reliable--not a scratch so far.* The subtle blue is a nice touch.Con:* I know minimalism is stylish right now, but I do wish the hands were just a little easier to see.In short, if a watch is mostly a fashion statement for you and you rely on your phone for the time, this is a perfect watch. If you're one of the few who look at it to keep track of time, you might gravitate towards something easier to read at a glance.My initial reaction to the packaging of the watch was that is was very impressive. It came in a sleek brown box which was hassleless to open. The watch has a premium leather material which does not corrode in any sort of way.I have been using the watch for the past 10 days and it's amazing. It's light weight, can be fashioned with any sort of clothing and the blue hour/minute hands complement the brown straps of the watch immensely. The dials to change the time are easy to use and the design is perfect.Overall, this watch is the perfect replacement for anyone who is tired of smartwatches and wants to get a laid back feel with some fashionable clothes along with it. Definitely recommended. 5/5Everywhere I go while wearing this watch, I’m stopped by people stopped asking about the black on black Ethan Eliot chrono. The look of the watch is very unique; matte black with bright red hands. The watch is perfectly balanced; it feels solid without being excessively heavy. I find myself wearing it nearly every day and leaving much more expensive watches behind in my closet. In summary, this is a very cost effective addition for everyone from the most discerning to those new to fashion watches. Pick this up - you won’t be disappointed!All I know for sure, it's very beautiful design.
