I bought 3 of these (one for myself & 2 for gifts) after this was listed as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things 2022. One had to be returned because it was defective. A second doesn’t seem to charge devices consistently (sometimes charges the phone & sometimes doesn’t). I am finding that if a phone battery is completely dead (phone won’t power on) this charger will not charge the phone. The phone slot can only charge the phone if there’s at least a small amount of battery power left in the phone.
