I prefer polarized sunglasses. They're harder to find, and cost a little more, but I find them to be worth the time and money, in general. I bought these glasses because of an ad sent my way. The ad included all of the selling points I look for, at the same time as a very low price. I decided they were worth the risk of the sales price. As proof they were worth the money, after losing the first pair within a week, I went right out and bought a second pair.I wear a 7 3/4 hat, so fit is often a challenge. I bought these in the large format and was very pleased with the comfort of fit and the appearance of the glasses when worn. The lenses are polycarbonate and have held up well against scratches - after two months, the second pair still look new. The temples are sturdy, and the straight stems fit snuggly and are very compatible with wearing a full-face motorcycle helmet. I like the look of the wood temples, too. All in all, they seem to be well worth the low purchase price.
